This Agreement forms the entire contractual relationship between you (the "User") and kx8bet (the "Operator").

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to this Agreement. In all other cases, "you" and "your" refer solely to the individual accessing the Platform.

kx8bet is operated by an internationally licensed entity and makes its services available to eligible users in Bangladesh on the basis that those users access the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, its content, or its data without the express written permission of kx8bet is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between this English-language version and any translated summary or communication, the English text shall prevail in all respects.

To be eligible to register and use the kx8bet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kx8bet is an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any gaming or promotional activity on this Platform.

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority. Until such verification is satisfactorily completed, kx8bet may restrict deposit, withdrawal, or gaming functionality on the account.

Any account found to have been opened by or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently and immediately closed. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to their source where technically possible; any winnings generated will be voided and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Each eligible individual may register a single account on kx8bet. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kx8bet login credentials, including your username and password. kx8bet will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify kx8bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.

kx8bet accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your deliberate or negligent sharing of credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether it was actually conducted by you personally.

Account Verification (KYC)

Balances from duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided. The decision of kx8bet's compliance team in such matters is final.

All financial transactions on kx8bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kx8bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kx8bet is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by kx8bet at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Currency and Exchange

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on kx8bet, you acknowledge and accept the rules that apply to that specific market, game, or event. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform are set out below.

Sports Betting

kx8bet offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are updated in real time and are displayed in decimal format. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed by the system. Bets placed at odds that were erroneously published due to technical or human error may be voided at kx8bet's discretion, and stakes will be returned in such cases.

In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between submission and confirmation during which odds may change. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. kx8bet is not liable for connection issues on the user's side that affect in-play bet placement.

Casino Games

All casino games on kx8bet — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not rescheduled within a period determined by kx8bet, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the players' accounts. kx8bet offers promotional bonuses to eligible users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by kx8bet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal request will be approved. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse

kx8bet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion multiple times, and systematic exploitation of free-play or free-spin offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. kx8bet is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was credited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kx8bet Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, conducting chargebacks after withdrawals, or any other form of financial fraud directed at kx8bet or its payment partners.
• Money laundering: Using kx8bet's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure as a mechanism to layer, conceal, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. kx8bet is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other participants or the operator.
• Use of automated systems: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, collect data, or perform any activity that a human user would perform manually.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical malfunction in the Platform or its games to generate credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by the game rules. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language or conduct toward kx8bet staff, customer support agents, or other users of the Platform.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Using the Platform or its content for commercial purposes, including operating an affiliate or referral scheme without kx8bet's prior written approval, or scraping odds data for redistribution.

kx8bet reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it suspects of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action including account suspension, evidence preservation, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

kx8bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any other policy published on the Platform;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Presence of a duplicate account registered to the same individual;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that requires kx8bet to restrict the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your kx8bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method once KYC verification is confirmed. Account closure requests submitted via email will be actioned within five (5) business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, kx8bet strongly encourages you to request a self-exclusion. Effect of Closure on Balances

The withholding of funds in such circumstances is not a penalty but a protective measure pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
